DEFINITIONS

“We” and “us” means Jupiter Jobs Ltd.
“You” means the purchaser of the services.
“Services” means all recruitment products and services.
Any reference to the Agreement is a reference to the Registration Form, Order Form, these conditions and any specification.

COMMENCEMENT
 
The contract comes into being when you have filled the Registration Form, chosen a specified plan, have agreed to be bound by these terms and we have accepted your registration.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices will be specified for different levels of service and will be guaranteed for the period stated on the Order form. Payment will be with your order unless otherwise stated. We accept payment by credit or debit card using Paypal's secure transaction environment.

JOB POSTING

Any job posted on www. jupiterjobs.co.uk will remain live for 30 days. An extension will constitute a new posting and will incur a further charge. No refunds will be provided for jobs not posted within the specified period. Credits remaining at the end of the relevant period will expire automatically.

Jobs must be for genuine vacancies, must not discriminate on grounds of sex, race or disability and must comply with all relevant statutory legislation.

We reserve the right to edit and control all content on the website. We may, at our discretion, suspend any advertisement that is in breach of our site rules and conditions.

Furthermore, if you are an employment agency, you must comply with the Employment Agencies Act 1973, the Conduct of Employment Agencies and the Employment Business Regulations 2004.

CV SEARCH

A database CV search is available to potential employers. You may search for candidate CVs on our database but you will have to select a plan in order to commence your search.

JOB SEEKERS

If you are seeking employment, you will have to fill in a candidate registration form at the time you attach your CV. This will be accessed by recruitment agencies who may contact you regarding their vacancies.

CVs are provided by candidates and we accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of CVs. Employers must carry out sufficient checks and verification procedures as deemed necessary and prudent in the relevant circumstances.

THE DATABASE

Use of our database is subject to the condition that you will not acquire any rights in the database or its contents. Database rights, including copyright and other intellectual property rights, belong at all times to Jupiter jobs Ltd.

You must not supply, re-sell, or license material from the database to any other person without the written approval of Jupiter Jobs Ltd. You agree to indemnify us against all liability for any copyright infringement or breach of intellectual property right.

DATA PROTECTION

Our use of data supplied by users of our services is in accordance with our obligations under the 1998 Data Protection Act and is governed by our privacy policy which can be found on this website and must be read in conjunction with these terms and conditions.

EQUIPMENT

You must ensure that you have the necessary computer equipment to connect to and utilise our services

LIABILITY

We will use our best endeavours at all times to maintain the website in a fully operational condition. We may, however, suspend the operation of the website from time to time for maintenance purposes.

We will not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of business profits or wasted expenses due to breakdowns, delays or interruptions to our service, howsoever caused.

We will not be liable in respect of any breach arising out of accident, sabotage or Acts of God.
